Todd sat in the Emerton Building. His head, as always, was in a book. This book was one on sailing. It was 504 pages long. Now Todd wasn't a sailor. Nor was he planning to be. But he always read random books. It made for good conversation because Todd read about all sorts of things.
So there he was. Sitting on a bean bag in the corner, reading a book on sailing. Most people would find this boring. But not Todd. This was who he was. And that's why he was classified as a Geek. Even though he certainly didn't look like one. Well either did his twin sister Brittany, but that was a whole other story.

Todd looked up at the sound of a voice. A female voice. It was Emmalie Delgado. And everyone knew who she was. A well known Plastic. Todd didn't like Plastics. And the question here was: How in all of hell did she know Todd's name?
He decided not to look up from his book. "Hi. Ammalie." he said, speaking in quick sentences. He didn't really want to talk to her. Todd hated how these girls were show-offy snobs.

Emmalie noticed the quickness to his answer knowing he didnt really like her or the rest of the plastics sorry didnt mean to disturb you from your book, just thought i'd be nice and say hi she picked up a book beside her and started reading not knowing what book she had picked up.

Todd, being not rude, didn't roll his eyes when she said she was just trying to be nice. But he was judgmental. Todd couldn't help it. So he just sat there, trying to read. But he truly didn't understand why Emmalie was talking to him. And he didn't want to ask. Normally, Todd was really nice and polite to girls. But not Plastics. Besides, Todd wasn't the one that made them like they were. "Do you even know what you're reading?" Todd didn't ask it in a mean way. But Emmalie had picked up a book called Castro Physics, and he seriously doubted that she understood what Physics meant. And Emmalie definitely didn't know what Castro meant.

[[Cori...proper grammar please! *huggles*]]
Todd cracked a smile when Emmalie admitted that she didn't know what she was reading. He ran a hand through his hair. Then she asked a question. But Todd couldn't state the obvious. He wasn't mean like that. "I just don't like what Plastics stand for." he said truthfully.
